Stephen is on vacation, yea! So, we decided to be in state tourists. On Saturday we headed to Houston to see the cousins and go to a wedding. Sunday we went to Galveston and spent the day at the beach. (See previous post.) On Monday we drove over to Austin to stay with Mimi and Gramps. We will be here enjoying all the fun attractions that Austin has to offer until Sunday. Mimi and Gramps have been nice enough to play tour guides but they are headed off to RI today so we are on our own from now on.
The theme for this vacation has been sun and fun... lots and lots of water activities too! Monday we played in the pool most of the day. Tuesday we went to Zilker Park and rode the Zilker Zepher. Then went to dinner at Chuy's. YUMMY! Wednesday we went to Barton Springs and had a picnic. Then headed out to Salt Lick for some BBQ. I am breaking up the Austin posts because I have so many pics.
