We have a 2 year old!

Happy birthday to our sweet girl! She is officially 2 years old! We celebrated her day with family at the zoo, plenty of mac n cheese and birthday cake! It was a lovely day and if you ask Annabelle how old she is... "I'm 2, 2, 2!"

Daniel Tiger Party Time

Annabelle's second birthday party theme was Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. Those who know her can probably figure out why we went with this theme.... she's in love with the show. There is some debate as to whether she call Daniel "Tiger hoodie" or "Tiger horsey" regardless it's her favorite show. We had the party at the park across the street from our neighborhood and we had about 25 family and friends come out to celebrate from 10-11:30 am on Saturday. It was a blast. Very casual- food included muffins (because after all, blueberry muffins are a Daniel Tiger and Annabelle fav), goldfish, frosted animal crackers fruit, coffee, ect. Favors included Daniel Tiger masks, a box of crayons and a coloring sheet. SIMPLE!

It was fun and best of all we had sunny weather and a bit of a breeze. Not too bad for a Saturday in July.

Happy 4th of July!

I love the first week of July. Specifically because I love the 4th of July, the 5th is our anniversary and the 7th A's birthday. Plus, we had Annabelle's birthday party was scheduled for the 6th (a Saturday) so we had that to add to the mix. Family members float in and out for the celebrations and there is a health mix of friends that we get to celebrate with as well.

My Little Gymnastics Star!

Annabelle had her first gymnastics class last weekend. She loved it! I can't wait to go back and watch her jump on that trampoline! So fun!

Big Girl

Annabelle update: She loves putting on and taking off shoes, jumping, her cape, swimming, helping, eating muffins, Daniel Tiger and construction equipment- diggers! She is talking up a storm and has no idea that she is turning 2 years old this Sunday. As she says, "Annabelle big girl!" 

Happy Dad's Day!

It is too simple to say that Stephen is a great Dad. He is an all out fantastic, unselfish, generous, wonderful man. I am convinced that he was put on this Earth to be a Dad- it is so natural to him.
