Last holiday at Mimi and Gramps house in Austin

We like Mimi and Gramps Austin home...... but we LOVE that they are moving to Dallas! So the crew had a farewell party (of sorts) over the holiday weekend. Kids running around, dogs barking, pool time and tons of toys all around the house. It was lovely.

We spent the morning at the Arboretum. It's been awhile since we visited and wanted to check out some new exhibits. Turns out Sunday morning is a fabulous time to visit the Arboretum. We practically had the place to ourselves. Here are some pics from our trip.

Welcome Baby Charlie!

We are so excited for Uncle Phil and Aunt Katie! They welcomed sweet baby Charlie on Friday evening. We can't wait to meet the little one.

Hello there!

Annabelle is getting so big. Every week she is getting smarter and learning new skills. Right now she is putting sentences together and learning how to express herself. She likes to count. She likes to sing... I was listening to her this morning while she sang Old McDonald had a Farm. Her versions goes a little like this: "e-i-e-i-o mooooo, cow mooooo." Its a remix. Ha!

Weekly Update

Annabelle is enjoying the Spring! Visiting the park, riding her tricycle in the driveway, picking flowers and painting outside are just a few things we love to do. She is also enjoying new toys and books that encourage her to learn numbers and colors. She is very smart (I am bias) and can count to 10, she can also say some of the alphabet. Annabelle is pretty darn good at identifying her colors as well! As of lately her fav color is purple.
